The Roadshow toured Chile for six weeks with an impressive collection of marine species, working with a Chilian organisation called CCC to raise awareness of these creatures prior to the 2002 CITES Convention in Santiago, Chile.

In Antofagasta, over 1500 local school children visited the local museum to see the Roadshow species.

A Chilian conservation coordinator talks about the local Bottlenose Dolphins.

Meanwhile outside CCC volunteers explain to the children how to rescue a stranded Dolphin.

......and here they point out where the dolphin breathes, through its blowhole.

The whole school watches as the Rescue Squad prepares to lift the Dolphin.

In 10 major cities, from the north to the south of Chile, at shopping centres and public places, nearly 100,000 people had their Whale and Dolphin Roadshow experience.

These children are really keen to know more about Dolphins and how to help them.

In the background the children's parents sign a petition to get better protection for these marine creatures.

After being rescued, the Dolphin comes back to say "thank you".
